Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.” Mark 10:9
Wow, God is so incredible, He brings tears to my eyes. Hallelujah! PRAISE GOD! Thank you JESUS!
This life is a fight! A fight between Love & what ever else you would like to call it. So many things ring true in Love and War. I can’t help but reflect and look back at broken hearts.
I for one know what it’s like to be broken, crushed. I know.
I know what it’s like to try to come up for air and take just a shallow breath if you’re lucky. Being held in the depths of a dark sea. Yes I know.
I also know that there is Hope. That the battle is not ours.
He said: “Listen, King Jehoshaphat and all who live in Judah and Jerusalem! This is what the LORD says to you: ‘Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast army. For the battle is not yours, but God’s. 2 Chronicles 20:15
During the construction of these wonderful Cosmetic/Makeup Bags I wondered and I’ve pondered. Then I waited, and while I waited I remembered….
“But those who trust in the LORD will find new strength. They will soar on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.” Isaiah 40:31
Many of us have a facade, a mask of false emotions the brushes and powder formed by the lingering feelings we’ve received from others including ourselves. One that we take the time to put on each day. Some mastered by years.
How many times are we going to rely on others? For our self worth? Our beauty or lack there of? How many years are we going to let this powder weigh us down. Allowing others to be in control of our good days or bad.
When Jesus has done it all for us. He’s torn down the veil and revealed to us the truth.
So many of us are our on prisoners behind the bars of our feelings. Feelings of guilt, loss, pride and we always point the finger. Whether to ourselves or others we blame everyone including ourselves when the truth is….
He’s washed away our sins. Why do you rather hold on to the mask then let go and see the truth. No, that wasn’t a question.
For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline. 2 Timothy 1:7
To the Owner of these Cosmetic/Makeup Bags:
I for one love to put on makeup now and then. But I’m not taking about the outside. I’m taking about the inward man;
For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day. 2 Corinthians 4:16
Let these Makeup bags be a reminder to let go, to let go of the feelings that are holding us back and to embrace JESUS Christ and all of His Glory,
We are Righteous Redeemed, FORGIVEN!
